Reading

Reading in Room 21

Students are tested every week by story on comprehension over every story as well as the ten vocabulary words, the phonics skill, and two focus skills for the story.  Skills are chunked by unit, and unit tests will be once every 6 weeks. Try to use the vocabulary words at home with your child!  Students can check out a Reading book to re read the story with someone at home, but books must be returned the following day as we only have enough for a class set.
